Hi, I’m Jenni.
And if you're anything like most women I work with, you're somewhere in your 40s, 50s, or maybe even a little beyond, and wondering when your body stopped feeling like your own.

You're tired of feeling exhausted after a full night's sleep. Tired of running on caffeine all morning, skipping lunch, only to crash mid-afternoon and reach for a glass of wine (or two) just to take the edge off in the evening. Sound familiar?

You’re not broken, lazy, or “just getting older.” What you're feeling is the result of real, biological changes happening beneath the surface—shifts in hormones, metabolism, gut health, and even how your body handles stress. These changes are normal, but they’re rarely talked about—and they can leave you feeling frustrated, out of sync, and like your body has a mind of its own. The good news? You don’t have to stay stuck in that cycle. There is a better way forward.

I’ve been there, too. One day I looked in the mirror and barely recognized myself. The things that used to work—skipping meals, eating less, working out more—suddenly didn’t. My clothes fit differently, my energy was gone, and I felt like I was watching my body change overnight. The frustration, the body dissatisfaction, the feeling like you’ve lost control—I’ve lived all of it.

And I want to tell you something important: you don’t have to accept this as your new “normal.”

I’m a dually certified health and life coach, and holistic gut health practitioner, and I help women over 40 feel vibrant, joyful, and confident again by getting to the root cause of weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, and stubborn belly fat. Through nervous system regulation, lifestyle and nutrition coaching, and mindset support, we work together to uncover what’s keeping you stuck—and shift it.​

Let me back up for a second.
In my teens, I had mysterious joint pain, muscle spasms, and migraines that no one could explain. Doctors threw out scary words like “rheumatoid arthritis” and “brain tumor,” then shrugged when the tests came back inconclusive.

​

Enter: a holistic doctor who asked me what I was eating. (Spoiler alert: my teenage diet was 97% frozen pizza and tater tots.) His advice? “Stop eating that crap.” Harsh—but accurate. After switching to actual food that nourished me, my symptoms vanished. That was my first aha moment that how we care for ourselves—what we eat, how we live, how we think—matters.

My story with body image started early as well. I was a teenager in the era of 1990s supermodels—tall, toned, and impossibly flawless. I compared my curves to their angles and constantly felt like I came up short. I swung from frozen pizzas and tater tots to being hyper-controlling about what I ate and when I ate it, desperately trying to shape myself into what I thought I had to be. It was exhausting, unsustainable, and honestly? It stole a lot of joy.

Through transformational coaching, gut healing, and proper nutrition, I help women peel back the layers that no longer serve them so they can feel better, sleep deeper, smile more—and finally feel like themselves again.
